The concept of " QUALITY MGT " in manufacturing is aimed at continuously improving the quality of goods and services to better meet the 'needs and expectations' of the customers. 

Intensive R & D efforts and the latest technology go into the making of Action footwear. We are equipped with rotary pouring machines for making polyurethane and direct injection rotary machines for double density polyurethane to make shoes. All these machines are supplied by world-class machine manufacturers from Italy. In these machines all processing parameters and movements of parts are controlled through PLC and Computer, which ensures ultra high precision and consistency for the quality of shoes and unit soles. 

Great care is exercised in the selection and quality control of raw material; pacakaging material and standards are ensured at every stage of manufacturing process.
